The indoor temperature is approximately 19°C. We recommend bringing gloves, as they are compulsory on the ice rink.

Only A4-sized bags are allowed on the event grounds.

Umbrellas are not allowed.

Professional cameras are not allowed.

You may not bring your own food or drinks, bottles, cans, alcohol, glassware or flammable materials onto the event grounds.

Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18.

Gloves are compulsory on the ice rink. We also recommend wearing a helmet. Helmets are available from the skate collection point.

Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs is a cashless event. You can pay by debit card.

If you would like to use cash, you can buy a cashcard for €1.00 and load money onto it. Please note that any remaining balance is non-refundable, so we recommend not loading too much money at once. You can top up your card at any time at no extra cost. Cashcards are not accepted at fairground games where you can win prizes.

Activities are included in all admission tickets, so there is no separate charge and you can enjoy them as often as you like. You can also take part if you have an evening arrival time. Make sure you arrive in good time: all activities and the outdoor area close at 10 pm. Attraction queues may close earlier, depending on waiting times.

Please note: games where you can win prizes, such as ball toss games and the shooting gallery, cost extra.

Protect your hearing and bring earplugs! If you forget them, earplugs are available at the information desk and bars.

Our partner Alpine helps you enjoy the things you love, such as live music, while protecting your hearing. Its earplugs have special music filters that preserve sound quality, so you can hear the music and conversations clearly.

• You may bring formula and baby food for your baby.
• Baby changing and breast-pumping facilities are available at RAI Amsterdam. Ask at the information desk for directions.
