Copernica/Active Campaign: these programs are the central repository for all personal data. Information is stored securely here, and we can amend and/or delete it on request. This system also ensures that De Amsterdamse Winter B.V. only contacts you with information, products and/or services relevant to you.

Facebook: with your consent, we receive information about your browsing behaviour and interests from Facebook. We use this data to help prevent you from receiving unwanted advertisements, so you only see advertisements relevant to you.

Instagram: with your consent, we receive information about your browsing behaviour and interests from Instagram. We use this data to help prevent you from receiving unwanted advertisements, so you only see advertisements relevant to you.

Google: with your consent, we receive information about your browsing behaviour and interests from Google. We use this data to help prevent you from receiving unwanted advertisements, so you only see advertisements relevant to you.

Spotify: with your consent, we receive information about your favourite artists from Spotify. We use this to understand your preferences and tailor our products and services to your needs.

How long we retain personal data

De Amsterdamse Winter B.V. does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. We apply the following retention periods:

To verify that an access request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document. Black out your photograph, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible and within four weeks.
